Wintry day in January and Rose hips in the Snow

A dusting of snow over the weekend
reminds us it's
winter after all.

Wild Rose Hip branches brought inside
and placed in a jar with white soap.

  1. What beauty. The dusting of snow looks like a sprinkling of icing sugar. So beautiful soft and delicate.

  2. "A wonderful, textural series... and the red color of the rose hips.. I missed having red berries this Christmas, couldn't find any winter berries anywhere! (well, other than at stores that charge too much) so, went without. Emma looks cute as usual :)" VALERIANNA

Thanks Valerianna, Berries were scarce this winter here as well:) RAMONA

  4. How quiet, what a spiritual view!

While I see these impressions in the background I hear the wonderful Taize song of Barbaras Blog "Kleinood van Lievde", the Jesus-prayer...

This is YOUR Jesus-Prayer! Its filled with the Jesus-Prayer...

    Amazing!
