  1. Very... hmmm, heart-warming. And once again a little house in the distance. A bit bigger this time, from the wee cottage on the hill, but this one is big enough for everyone to live and love inside. It has an aura of light shining from it. The road leading there is protected by gentle, reaching trees that make an arch in their reaching. They touch branch-fingers and let only warm-hearted and root-hearted creatures enter under them.

  2. PS - and after seeing that little kitty-face peeking out from under the weathered boards, I wonder how Emma is? I'd love to see her glorious eyes sometime again - such a magic cat is she!

  3. Valerianna, a warm person has warm thoughts. Your little place in the woods will have this warmth I think, and I for one would love to step inside:)

Emma is flattered that you ask about her and will make an appearance soon.

  4. When I keep very quiet, softly falling asleep and listening carefully to the sounds of silence, the butterfly will sit down and tell me of the great hope .

  6. I thought first of being a refuge, holding my baby as I lead my people away from a dark past. Then I was happy to see that we all will have room at the Inn of Light. So much more story here to tell - that bike going up the hill...and the enigmatic design of boxes top left - reminding me of a train... love, sus

  7. Hi Susan, It's so rewarding to hear what others see in my art.
I am a recent Grandma (woman with child) and the design of boxes which remind you of a train were intended to be prayer flags flying in the wind:)
    Wonderful observation. Thank you.

  8. It is a very beautiful and mysterious and meaningful drawing. It has a lovely simplicity and yet an amazing variety and richness.
(And I love to read how people experience the inn of Light and the road leading there :)))
